Not Your Average Tuna Salad


Ingredients:

2 (5 ounce) cans chunk light tuna in water, drained

¼ cup finely chopped red onion

¼ cup chopped fresh parsley

3 tablespoons Herbs de Provence Infused Olive Oil

2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

¼ teaspoon Chipotle Salt

¼ teaspoon ground black pepper


Instructions:

  1. Combine tuna, onion, and parsley in a medium bowl.

  2. Whisk Herbs de Provence Olive Oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, Chipotle Salt, and pepper together in a small bowl; toss with tuna mixture and enjoy over a salad or on your favorite crackers.
