Grilled Tuscan Turkey Meatballs
Ingredients:
1¼ lbs. Lean (93%) Ground Turkey
1 Tbsp. Tuscan Bread Dipping Herbs
1 egg
1 Cup plain bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. Tuscan Herb Infused Olive Oil
1 Teaspoons salt
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together and form into 1" round balls. Cook on grill over medium heat about 5 minutes and turn and cook and additional 5 minutes. Remove from grill and toss with some additional Tuscan Herb Olive Oil and Parmesan cheese (Parmigiano Reggiano is best). Serve immediately.
