Private Event Options

Tasting Party:

You are welcome to bring wine, and we will do a detailed tasting demonstration with your group. It would include a discussion of the health benefits of olive oil and balsamic vinegar along with recipe ideas and suggested pairings. Everyone will get to sample all of our products using fresh ciabatta bread for the olive oils and switching to vanilla ice cream to sample our balsamic vinegars. We will also have samples of Blood Orange Brownies!

Tasting Party along with small meal:

The meal is prepared with our products. I will prepare the food in advance and go over the recipes and how each dish was prepared, then each guest will get to fix a plate of food served buffet style. Each person will receive printed recipes. You are welcome to provide wine for your group.

Salad, entree and two sides $20-30/person (10-40 people)

Appetizer, Salad, Entree, 2 sides and dessert $30-40/person

Salad in a Jar Party

Each guest brings 2 one quart size mason jars. We will have a large assortment of toppings and greens for you to use to build your salads. You will also be able to use any of our products for your salad dressing. Everyone will take home two large salads! You are welcome to bring wine or appetizers if you like.
