Balsamic Vinegars
Balsamic vinegar (Italian: aceto balsamico), occasionally shortened to balsamic, is a very dark, concentrated, and intensely flavored vinegar originating in Italy, made wholly or partially from grape must. Grape must is freshly crushed grape juice with all the skins, seeds and stems.
White Vinegars
Made with White Trebbiano Grape Must, our White Balsamic undergoes the cooking and barrel aging process of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, but is not caramelized therefore it retains its white color.
Gourmet Oils
Made from non olive bases, like sesame seed oil.
Flavored Olive Oils
These oils are all about the flavor, but unlike our EVOO’s, are blends and not single varietal oil from a single variety olives.
